OSAKA –  Oriental Peruvian Sushi Bar... A fusion cooking so creative and extremely surprising... a pure gustative happiness, in the alive  and “fashionable” district of Palermo, a lovely area.

Mariflor Pinot noir and Mariflor Sauvignon Blanc (in the winelist of the restaurant) are in marvellously harmony with this cooking.

Aldo Grazziani, famous Argentinean sommelier (Author of the book: "The 100 better wines of Argentina" for the hotel Faena) and major actor of the Argentinean wineworld  (with his radio program " El corte perfecto”) has just opened a restaurant and vinoteca in an hotel pure Art deco period of Buenos Aires. Its market cooking, and its selection of 500 labels of the best wines of Argentina, make this restaurant a new must place in Buenos-Aires.

The famous Argentinean beef is not a myth.

“Asado” (barbecue) is an absolute must in Argentina. The meat is grilled, using various cuts. It is very difficult to give an equivalent as in France the meat is not cut in the same way. We could talk about it for hours, but asado must be experienced and the meat is unforgettable – our mouths are watering just talking about it. So, if you go to Argentina, the absolute sure bets are Bife de Lomo, Bife de Chorizo,  entraña and Costillas.

In Buenos Aires, in San Telmo quarter, historic centre of the capital, there is an unmissable restaurant where you can eat a parillada (grilled meat): LA BRIGADA. This is a place where time stands still and where meat is king,  very tender, so tender than the waiters cut it with a spoon.

Beef and good wines – “Val de Flores” is on the wine list – all the ingredients for an unforgettable meal.

An absolute must...

An authentic and tasty cooking of pork and ham, in the Tunuyán country on the Vistaflores road. You can stop there while going to visit the Bodega Rolland :) or just after…

An Italian restaurant, where the charming owner, Felice d’Ambrosio, cooks himself. A warm place, an Italian style atmosphere, where pastas are absolutely delicious.
